We took my friend Jema to the Obstacle Sports Factory to check if she’s OCR ready despite having no prior experience and skills in any type of obstacle courses. She does yoga, indoor cycling, boxing and a little bit of HITT training, and lately she really got curious about all the buzz about Obstacle Course Racing.
